Our refund and return policy lasts 14 days. You can request an unconditional return or exchange for 14 days from the delivery date of your order. (For your return and exchange requests, please use the form at the bottom of the page to get a faster response.)
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Various types of goods are exempt from return. Perishable products such as food, flowers, newspapers, magazines cannot be returned. Such products cannot be returned and cannot be resold if they are used in accordance with the consumer rights laws of all countries in terms of hygiene. Therefore, it is useful to make your product checks before using them after purchasing our products such as water bottles. In cases such as defective, faulty, manufacturer's error, you can return the food contact products that you have not used after purchasing them unconditionally within 30 days and request an exchange or a full refund.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Book with obvious signs of use
- An opened CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape or record.

Our full warranty coverage starts on the date the product you purchase is delivered to you and includes the following.
