To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

In addition, special or sanitary products, hazardous substances or flammable liquids or gases such as Water Bottles, Food Bowls, Direct Food Contact Products, and if you have used the product, unfortunately, it cannot be included in the warranty. Such products cannot be returned and cannot be resold if they are used in accordance with the consumer rights laws of all countries in terms of hygiene. Therefore, it is useful to make your product checks before using them after purchasing our products such as water bottles. In cases such as defective, faulty, manufacturer's error, you can return the food contact products that you have not used after purchasing them unconditionally within 30 days and request an exchange or a full refund.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Book with obvious signs of use
- An opened CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape or record.
