Our refund and return policy lasts 14 days. You can request an unconditional return or exchange for 14 days from the delivery date of your order. (For your return and exchange requests, please use the form at the bottom of the page to get a faster response.)
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Various types of goods are exempt from return. Perishable products such as food, flowers, newspapers, magazines cannot be returned. In addition, special or sanitary products, hazardous substances or flammable liquids or gases such as Water Bottles, Food Bowls, Direct Food Contact Products, and if you have used the product, unfortunately, it cannot be included in the warranty. Such products cannot be returned and cannot be resold if they are used in accordance with the consumer rights laws of all countries in terms of hygiene. Therefore, it is useful to make your product checks before using them after purchasing our products such as water bottles. In cases such as defective, faulty, manufacturer's error, you can return the food contact products that you have not used after purchasing them unconditionally within 30 days and request an exchange or a full refund.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Book with obvious signs of use
- An opened CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape or record.
- Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts due to reasons not due to our error.
- Any item returned more than 14 days after delivery

- Under warranty Bags, lunch boxes, pencil cases, pens, boots, underwear including swimsuits, bikinis, bras, excluding clothing products, shoes, sandals, glasses, sunglasses, erasers, basic stationery products are under full warranty. Our full warranty coverage starts on the date the product you purchase is delivered to you and includes the following.
** If the product you purchased arrives to you defective, faulty or defective, (You must notify us of this situation within 14 days at the most before using the product. If you use the product, unfortunately you may lose this right.)

Important: We would like to remind you that the warranty coverage is only valid for our DINOSSI BRANDED products.
